Activities
The main business of AHSA is the publication of the quarterly journal Aviation Heritage, and the cost of this, as well as other general operating expenses, is covered from membership subscriptions.
Surplus funds are accumulated and are used for various development projects. Special fund-raising is derived from occasional activities.
The AHSA is a not-for-profit community group, and the Society has registered a Publications and Research Fund for tax-exempt donations. Money from donations to this fund is used to assist authors in researching and publishing historical works.
The Society is incorporated in the states of Victoria and New South Wales.
