Melbourne members barbeque – 11 Dec 2016

This will be the final gathering for the year, the annual social get-together and BBQ at the Australian National Aviation Museum at Moorabbin airport. Noon start. A good time to have a chat with other members on things aviation and their interests. Bring a smile and good chat. Food and drinks supplied for members.

I'm a mechanical engineer by training, and I've spent most of my career in materials - engineering plastics first, then composites (fibreglass and carbon fibre materials).
My aviation interests are centred on the CAC Wirraway, Boomerang and Ceres. I've published a book about the Ceres and I'm working on a manuscript for a Wirraway book.
